The Sightseeing tour is the way to go.It will save you time, money and is extremely informative. Majority of Museums are free unlike Denver.
National Archives has to be one the most exciting place to be in D.C. You can find the original Constitution of The United States, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, and many more! This place is a must see. No photography is allowed because the exposure of the light will have an affect on the paper.Note: Washington D.C. is named after our first President George Washington and "D" stands for District and "C" stands for Columbia which we honor Christopher Columbus for his findings
