Below are answers to the most frequent questions:

How do I RSVP to an Event? It's very easy. Click on the link that says join site to RSVP. Once you click that you will see a blank black screen. This is normal. Scroll down half way and you will see a white box. Click on the small box that says follow. Once you click the follow button sign into your yahoo or google account. Once you do that click agree. You put your name in the box. Upload a picture of yourself if you want. Then go click if you are going to this event.

How do I post a comment without signing on to any account? This is very easy. Each page you have an option to leave a comment. At the end of each page click on post a comment. Then click on Open Id and type in your name. Then type in your comment in the comment box and click submit. Once submitted your comment will post once it is approved by me. All comments will be approved except those with profanity.

How do I follow just your new posts and any new comments? This is also very simple. On the right hand side there will be two buttons one that says Posts and another that says Comments. Simply click whichever you would like to follow and sign into whatever search engine you choose to follow. Sign into your account and thats it.

Washington D.C.-Museums

Today is Day 20, and we visited all the important landmarks and museums. Although we did have to leave some out because most of the museums or landmarks closed around 5 p.m. We tried to see as much as possible, and will unfortunately have to see the rest at a different time. However knowing this I am very happy to say we went to the following: Smithsonian American Art Museum and Portrait Gallery, Smithsonian Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian National Museum of American History, Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, Smithsonian National Museum of The American Indian, National Archives, Sculpture Garden, Chinatown and Arlington Cemetery.

The following are the ones we didn't get a chance to see, but that I would recommend: Shakespeare Theatre Company, Lincoln Assassination Tour
FDR Memorial, National Theatre, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, National WW11 memorial, Botanical Garden, Crime and Punishment Museum, Naval Observatory, and Kennedy Center.

Washington D.C., is definitely worth visiting! I have been to D.C. several times, but never had the chance to visit the museums and landmarks. Washington D.C. is a good place to live and network. However, traffic could be a problem in the metropolitan area.

The Sightseeing tour is the way to go.It will save you time, money and is extremely informative. Majority of Museums are free unlike Denver.

National Archives has to be one the most exciting place to be in D.C. You can find the original Constitution of The United States, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, and many more! This place is a must see. No photography is allowed because the exposure of the light will have an affect on the paper.

Note: Washington D.C. is named after our first President George Washington and "D" stands for District and "C" stands for Columbia which we honor Christopher Columbus for his findings

The Museum of American History was definently worth seeing. Especially if you are a "war buff". The following is a little information to give you an idea of our History:

War of Independence was fought from 1775-1783. We went to war to win our Independence from Great Britain. 4,435 deaths

Wars of Expansion was fought from 1812-1902. We fought in North America and overseas to expand our Nations territory. 2,260 deaths

Civil War was fought 1861-1865 we battled each other over prserving their Union and ending slavery. 529,332 deaths

WW1 was fought 1917-1918. 116,516 American deaths

WW11 was fought 1941-1945. 405,399 deaths

Korean war was fought 1950-1953. 36,576 deaths

Vietnam war 1964-1975. 58,200 deaths

Gulf war 1990-1991 382 deaths

Below are portraits of Presidents and influential men who helped shape our country. If you read the little descriptions below it will help you better understand who they are and what they are known for.

Some photography was not allowed especially at the portrait gallery. However thanks to the iphone, i took as much as i could. These are the ones that are interesting.
